1.Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Gravity Compile LTD ("Gravity Compile," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Rongin Live mobile application (the "App"), a live streaming, video and audio room, and social entertainment platform.

By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2.Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Account details: name or nickname, phone number or email address, password, date of birth, gender, and profile photo
• Profile content: bio, avatar, location text, and other details you choose to add
• Content you create or send: live streams, recorded video, photos, chat messages, comments, gifts, and stories/reels you post or share
• Customer support communications, including any details you provide when contacting us

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device and advertising identifiers, and app version
• Log and usage data: features used, session duration, screens viewed, and crash and performance diagnostics
• Approximate network information (Wi-Fi/network state) used to maintain stream connection quality
• Push notification token, used to deliver notifications to your device

2.3 Information from device permissions

The App requests certain device permissions to provide its core features. See the permissions table below for what each is used for.

2.4 Purchases and virtual items

If you purchase coins, diamonds, VIP status, or other virtual items, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your in-app balance and transaction history, but we do not receive or store your payment card details — those are handled directly by Google Play.

2.5 Information from third-party sign-in

If you register or sign in using Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile information you authorize those services to share with us, typically your name, email address, and profile picture.

3.Device permissions

You can grant or revoke most of these permissions at any time from your device's system settings; some features will not work correctly without the related permission.

4.How we use information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you
• To operate core features: live streaming, audio/video rooms, chat, stories, gifting, and the virtual currency/wallet system
• To process purchases and maintain accurate balances of virtual items
• To personalize content, recommendations, and your feed
• To send you service notifications and, where permitted, promotional messages
• To monitor, moderate, and enforce our community guidelines, and to detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms
• To analyze app performance, fix bugs, and improve features (crash reporting and product analytics)
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

5.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Other users: your profile, live streams, posts, and public activity are visible to other users of the App by design
• Service providers: infrastructure and cloud hosting providers, database hosting, real-time communication infrastructure (GravixCloud, our WebRTC/SFU platform, used to power live audio/video streaming), push notification delivery (e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal), analytics and crash reporting (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics), and authentication providers (Google, Facebook) — each bound to use data only to provide services to us
• Payment processing: Google Play Billing for in-app purchases
• Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gravity Compile, our users, or the public
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or a successor policy

6.Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's features. We may retain certain information after account deletion where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain security and fraud-prevention records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7.Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted network transport and access controls on our backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Children's privacy

Rongin Live is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years old, due to live-streaming, chat, and virtual gifting features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it and terminate the associated account.

9.Your rights and choices

• You can review and update your profile information at any time from within the App
• You can disable notification permissions from your device settings
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us (see below)
• Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, such as the right to data portability or to object to certain processing

10.Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below, or through the in-app account deletion option if available. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

11.International data transfer

Your information may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

12.Third-party links and services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as social sign-in). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

13.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page, and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
